Terms and Conditions POSING BEANBAG: Please note the size of this item - it is big! Please ensure that you are happy with the size by checking the measurements before you buy, as no returns are accepted for this reason. Please note this item is to be used as a photographer's prop only. Babies must never be left unattended on the beanbag and they must be supervised at all times. The beanbag has been designed with the Newborn Photographer in mind and it is not an item of furniture or to be used as a bed/sleeping device for baby. Although the faux leather vinyl is strong it must be kept away from sharp items which could cause the fabric to tear. Please note the backdrop stand and throws are not included - you are purchasing an un-filled beanbag Please ensure that you have read and understood the above before committing to purchase. REFUNDS/EXCHANGES   Please ensure you check your delivery immediately and advise us within 48 hours if any damage or loss has occurred during transit. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your goods that you intend to return them if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason.  Goods must be returned within seven days. We reserve the right to refuse goods received outside this 7 day period. Refunds are on the purchase product price only and exclude outgoing postage. The product/s must be as new ie. unused, unwashed, undamaged, unsoiled, unworn and in their original packaging. Email us with the following detail: Name, invoice number, product/s code or name, reason for return or request for replacement, exchange or refund. You will then be given a return guide by one of the Newborn Baby Posing team. PLEASE NOTE - Return of items are at the customers' expense unless goods are deemed faulty. Refunds will be made upon receipt of unused, unwashed, undamaged, unsoiled, unworn goods back onto the card originally paid with. This can take up to 30 days. We charge a minimum shipping charge if replacing the goods. Customs, Duties and Taxes Please be aware that orders posted outside of the UK may be subject to local Customs duties and/or local taxes in the country of destination. Please check with your local authority to ascertain applicable rates. Any additional charge must be borne by the recipient. It is also possible that your parcel may be randomly selected by Customs for random security checks, etc
