Use this posing basket under a flokati or on top of a texture or wooden style floor. This prop must be lined with thick fabric layers before placing the baby into it. Always check your prop basket before and after use in your newborn photography session for any edges or bumps that could cause discomfort to the baby.  
Grey wash bowl with handles. This is one of our most popular baskets as the size is great for your newborn, even twins as there's plenty of space. Its not too deep either so doesn't require too much filling. We often use a backdrop to fill the basket or you can use merino texture or fluff too. You will need posing cushions to lift baby's head so that baby doesn't look too flat when you shoot overhead. Make sure you don't shoot up baby's nose as this really isn't flattering. If you choose to use this basket for a tummy shot just put cushions underneath your basket filler so that baby has a nice soft 'ledge' to lean on.
